Philibe Networks

1. Service Provision and Description

Philibe wifi Networks provides internet services subject to network availability and technical feasibility at the customer location.

Internet service is delivered to a designated Ethernet/WAN handoff point at the customer’s location.

All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed.

Customers are responsible for the safety and proper use of installed networking equipment.

Routers or devices supplied by the ISP are tested for compatibility and optimized for the network based on the customers needs.

5. Speed & Performance Policy

The ISP provisions and delivers the subscribed internet bandwidth to the customer premises. However, the actual speed experienced on individual devices may vary depending on:

Lower-speed packages are designed for light usage and fewer active devices. Heavy or simultaneous high-bandwidth activities may result in reduced speed per device. Customers requiring higher performance are advised to subscribe to a higher package.

The ISP does not guarantee constant maximum speeds at all times but ensures service remains within a reasonable performance range under normal network conditions.

6. Scope of ISP Responsibility

The ISP’s responsibility ends at the internet handoff point (Ethernet cable entering the customer’s primary router or device).

WiFi signal strength depends on building structure, wall materials, layout, interference from other networks, and device placement.
